Coming into Cullen by car:

From the East: Portsoy A98/Keith B9018: At Cullen continue down hill, pass under the viaduct and turn right downhill ,  following brown Harbour Hostel signs;  bear right and continue past the harbour a 100 yards, turn in to your left opposite Cullen Joiners. Cottage customers can park on the patio in front of the cottage. There is ample free parking along the foreshore or in  front of white painted wall at Tigh-Na-Mara.

From the West: Elgin/Buckie: turn left immediately after you’ve gone under the first arch of the viaduct. Follow the seafront to the harbour, bear left at the harbour, turn in to the left after 100 yards, opposite Cullen Joiners.

Cullen is just six miles’ walk along the coast from Buckie, the start of the Speyside Way.

Trains between Aberdeen and Inverness run about two-hourly.
