Welcome to Cullen Harbour Holidays, a Hostel and self-catering cottage on the Moray Firth with amazing views and costal walks, all within easy walking distance. There is car parking on site and adjacent, there is space for motorbikes to be parked close at hand, and cycles can be accommodated inside if necessary.
To take a holiday at Cullen harbour is to unwind on the shore of the Moray Firth, to sleep to the sound of the sea on the shingle, to waken – in season - to a big, open sky, to enjoy magnificent sunset evenings and starry nights, to play with your children on the adjacent clean, sandy beach or in the rock pools below. In summer, dolphins can often be seen crossing the bay. And this is all before you begin to explore.
Along this unspoilt coast, on foot, bike, by car or by boat, you will find simple pleasures. Stepping out of the door and walking east, you will find rocks to climb at Logie Head, a beautiful secluded beach at Sunnyside, and the extraordinary remains of Findlater Castle a little further on. Wild flowers are abundant, especially in spring, and bird life goes on all year round.
Over the viaduct to the west takes you to Portnockie and on to Buckie, where the Speyside Way meets the coast. Further to the west, you may see dolphins, seals or ospreys at Spey Bay, and you can enjoy a good breakfast at various establishments in Cullen.
